Spatial Analysis Model for Allocation of High-Rise Building

چکیده
The construction of High-Rise Buildings (HRBs) first started in the 19th century, as a sort vertical urban sustainable development approach trying to minimize environmental footprint impact. Although, debates regarding HRBs' pros and cons, this era has witnessed huge boost HRB all over world. HRBs have transformed into an ego situation where countries not only developed ones but also developing been competing against each other develop tallest HRB. become branding for economic strength innovative eras countries. HBRs included within new cities added existing context, without any consideration ability these areas accommodate their social, environmental, economic, visual impacts, especially on direst context. study aims, based several theoretical analytical studies, record detail various impacts context allocating them, which computerized spatial analysis model is be composed (HRBSAModel) using geographic information systems software (GIS) remote sensing technology. achieved expected act contingency tool mitigate negative its proactive city design process most location future HRBs.

Prediction Model for Hoisting Time Using Luffing-type Crane for High-rise Building Construction
Hoisting planning for systematic and efficient vertical transportation is one of the key factors for successful completion in high-rise building construction. However, despite this importance, minimal research has been carried out for predicting hoist time, which is a key player in hoisting planning. Therefore, this study proposed a prediction model for vertical hoisting time using a luffing-ty...
متن کاملinvestigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
Dual Control High-rise Building for Robuster Earthquake Performance
A dual passive control system is proposed for high-rise buildings. Since the proposed system needs a substructure supporting the main building, it is usually used in high-rise residential apartment houses where a parking tower is used as the substructure. This new system consists of a base-isolation system and a building-connection system. While base-isolated buildings and interconnected buildi...
متن کاملScheduling for High-rise Building Construction Using Simulation Techniques
High-rise buildings are commonly built in densely populated countries or urban areas. A balanced floor construction cycle is critical for construction of the frame structures. The objectives in scheduling the floor cycle are to ensure smooth flows of resources and to optimise the use of formwork and other materials. The floor area is usually divided into zones to allow the labour force and form...
